Each service begins with a thorough assessment based on your goals—whether you're addressing pain, preventing injury, or building strength. Physical therapy may start by targeting one area, but it always considers the full body to uncover what contributed to the issue and how to prevent it from coming back. Injury screening and strength training are even broader, requiring their own assessments to optimize performance.
 

The best part? You’ll work with the same provider—me—through every stage. I’ll know your history, your gymnastics skills, your strengths and limitations. That means we can adapt on the spot, work around setbacks, and build a plan that’s always aligned with your performance goals.

1. PHYSICAL THERAPY

Physical therapy is for the treatment of any pain/injury.

3. STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

This isn’t personal training — it’s strength and performance coaching built for gymnasts, by a gymnast.
With 16 years in the sport, a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and over a decade of serious strength training, I bridge the gap between injury prevention and gymnastics performance.

Most gymnasts aren’t taught how to properly squat, hinge, or brace — yet those movement patterns are the foundation of everything we do. Landings, leaps, and takeoffs are squats and hinges. Learning to master these movements, and then strengthen them with added weight helps you absorb impact, build resilience, and perform at a higher level.

After working with so many gymnasts, I’ve seen just how many injuries could be prevented if these movement patterns were taught and trained early. Strength training isn’t just for athletes “after gymnastics” — it should be part of the plan all along.

I used to believe lifting was bad for gymnasts — until I stepped away from the sport and started powerlifting and bodybuilding. Now, at 29 years old, I’ve made a comeback to gymnastics and feel stronger and more capable than ever.
