PERFORMANCE RECOVERY
Recovery isn't just about loosening tight muscles and calling it a day.
It's about understanding why your body feels tight in the first place - and getting solutions about what to do about it.
How This Works

Every session begins with an assessment of how your body is moving, what you’re training, and where you’re feeling limitations.

From there, the appropriate recovery strategies are applied - which may include hands-on work, body tempering, mobility work, or targeted exercises.

While passive techniques like rolling and stretching can be helpful, they're only one piece of the puzzle.

If you constantly feel tight or restricted, there's usually an underlying reason for it.

The goal is not just to help you feel better in the moment, but to identify what's driving the issue and give you the tools to move, train, and recover more effectively on your own.
Tools Used During Recovery
A variety of tools may be used during your session based on what your body needs.
Body Tempering is one option, involving the use of weighted rollers applied to specific areas to help improve tissue tolerance, reduce excessive tightness, and support recovery. Unlike traditional foam rolling, this allows you to fully relax while controlled pressure is applied.

Other strategies may include hands-on work for more targeted areas, mobility and stretching, or guided self-recovery techniques such as foam rolling, mobility or corrective exercises.

No single method is a standalone solution. The right combination is chosen based on what your body needs.

Who This Is For

This is ideal for athletes and active individuals who:
-
feel constantly tight or beat up from training
-
know they need to prioritize more mobility and recovery, but don't know where to start
-
are tired of temporary fixes and want to actually understand and address the root of the issue

Not sure what your body actually needs?
Let's figure it out.
