Hi there! I'm Dr. Sarah, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and owner of Stronger Performance Physical Therapy.
My mission is to help people like YOU eliminate pain and get back to lifting weights - not just returning to where you were before your injury, but surpassing that with newfound confidence in proper lifting technique and performance to prevent future injuries.
I'm a lifter myself. I practice what I preach. I understand you don't want to hear the solution to your injury as "stop lifting weights," because that isn't an answer in my books either. There's a reason you have pain when lifting, and that is my goal to figure out and correct.
