Hi there! I'm Dr. Sarah, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and owner of Stronger Performance Physical Therapy.

My mission is to help people like YOU eliminate pain and get back to lifting weights - not just returning to where you were before your injury, but surpassing that with newfound confidence in proper lifting technique and performance to prevent future injuries.

I'm a lifter myself. I practice what I preach. I understand you don't want to hear the solution to your injury as "stop lifting weights," because that isn't an answer in my books either. There's a reason you have pain when lifting, and that is my goal to figure out and correct.

I purposely set up shop here at NexT Fit Clubs to provide lifters the injury tools they need that is so hard to come by anywhere else...

  • 1:1 hour long sessions with me

  • PT located within a gym to assess and optimize technique so you don't go back to injuring yourself again

  • A Doctor of Physical Therapy who lifts weights herself, who understands you and how to lift properly in the gym
